The Carpigiani 193 Soft Serve Machine is a testament to quality. This energy efficient, high capacity model can produce two flavors and has a twist functionality.
Four configurations available. Including: gravity-fed, pump-fed, and self-pasteurizing.
Gravity-fed models: Product is added from the rear of the cylinders, resulting in more controllable over-run and removing the need to prime. Gravity-fed models can better handle fibrous mixes, allowing as well as fruit pieces and seeds.
Pump-fed models: Mixture separation is prevented by the hopper. This results in a more consistent temperature. Spigot allows for a more adjustable product flow.
The Carpigiani 193 is available in four configurations:
Gravity-Fed (193 Bar G – Spec Sheet)
Gravity-Fed with Self Pasteurization (193 SP G – Spec Sheet)
Pump-Fed (193 Bar P – Spec Sheet)
Pump-Fed with Self Pasteurization (193 Bar SP E P – Spec Sheet)
Self-Pasteurization (SP Models):
Cleaning is only required every 14 days with our automatic heat treatment system. (Local requirements may vary. Check with your health inspector!).
Gravity-Fed Models produce up to 38 Quarts (19 quarts per hopper). | Pump-Fed Models produce up to 26 quarts (13 quarts per hopper).
Water Cooled and Air Cooled Models available.
