GTI Designs’ Carne Meat Ageing Case creates the ideal environment for dry aged beef. The definitive meat ageing solution for butcher shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Advanced temperature control and humidity distribution result in an ideal preservation process.
Dry-ageing beef allows enzymes naturally present in beef to breakdown muscle tissue. Tenderizing the meat and adding more complexity to its flavor. The longer this process is allowed to go on, the the more complex the flavor (30-45 days is the norm, but some cuts are aged as long as 6 months!)
Variety of cabinet sizes available. Ranging from 110lb meat capacity to over 1700lbs!
