The Synthesis is a multi-solution frozen dessert machine. Able to create, serve, and store ice cream, gelato, sorbetto, frozen custard, etc. all in one modular unit! Each unit consists of two cylinders, each one independently creating and storing your products. Modules can be easy channeled together to create an entire lineup of flavors, that work simultaneously as a merchandiser.
