This is a hands-on class for anyone interested in learning how to make true artisan gelato & sorbetto.  No experience necessary! The first day is taught by President of GTI Designs Group Andrew Seabury - 30 years of successful experience in the gelato/ cafe store design business. On day one of the seminar you will learn the step by step process of how to open your own Gelateria. Starting with choosing the perfect location, product line development, marketing, equipment selection and store layout. We will show you how to take your business concept and turn it into reality - and give you the trade secrets on how to save money!

 

Days two and three are taught by the official Gelato Ambassador to the USA Gianluigi Dellaccio. You will learn to make Gelato, Sorbetto, create your own recipes, decorative cakes and popsicles. Starting with making bases from scratch using both the hot and cold process techniques you will have hands on training and will quickly be on your way to making your own recipes and flavors.

 

The seminar fee includes all course material, training with our experts, a chef’s coat, *fabulous prizes*, lunch and dinner and all the gelato you can eat! We hope you will join us and look forward to meeting you.
