Cafes, Coffee Shops, & Bakeries
Walking into a coffee shop or a bakery is a hugely sensory experience. The aroma of freshly baked pastries, of hot coffee. A welcoming feeling when walking through the door.
Our Pastry and Bakery display cases are made to keep products at the ideal temperature and consistency. However, they are also designed to be an invitation to the customer’s eyes. When it comes to pastries, cakes, and baked goods, these products are often works of art. We believe they should displayed as such!
Restaurants & Bars
Restaurants and bars are important. They are windows into the heritage of all places and people. Places to meet. To discuss. They are personal. A place where your family goes on special occasions. The place where you met your partner, or where you went on your first date. The local spot where your coworkers gather to unwind.
Parisian cafe culture defined entire literary and artistic movements. The American Revolution was born at a bar!
GTI Designs takes this seriously. Whether we created the display cases, crafted the millwork, or designed the entire space, it is important that our contribution is one of quality, that adds to the overall aesthetic the client envisioned.
Ice Cream Shops and Gelaterias
GTI Designs has a special connection with Gelato and Ice Cream. For one, we have always offered the equipment to create frozen desserts, such as Batch Freezers, Soft Serve Machines, and Blast Freezers.
One of our Sister Organizations, GPI America was founded as a means to instruct current and future business owners on how to best get into the ice cream and gelato business. The other, World of Gelato offers all the supplies needed to maintain a successful shop.
Needless to say, Gelato and Ice Cream are a huge part of our DNA at GTI Designs. For this reason, we have long been sought after to design and build frozen dessert shops of all types.
